ISDN
The ET Voiceworks studio is equipped with ISDN, allowing Edie to work "live", recording directly to a client's studio in real time.
Our codec is the Musicam Prima LT. It is compatible (without bridging) with other Musicam products, as well as the Telos Zephyr, Comrex, and APT Tokyo units.
If you are using Dolby Fax, or an APT codec other than the Tokyo, bridging is required.

Phone Patch
Clients who want to be involved in a session but do not have access to ISDN can use our "phone patch" option.
Simply call us at the appointed time, to be patched in to the booth. You can listen to the session and provide direction, as if you were right in the studio

FTP
In most cases, we deliver small audio files (such as radio and TV spots) in MP3 format, via e-mail.For larger files (such as narration projects) we use FTP. We typically upload finished audio files to our password protected FTP site, from which you can download them at your convenience.
Or if you prefer, we can upload files directly to your FTP server.

Production Services
In addition to being a voice performer, Edie is also an experienced session producer. Therefore, clients who do not wish to direct sessions via ISDN or phone patch can confidently rely on Edie to record on her own, knowing that every project is carefully checked from a producer's point of view.
Additional professional audio production services (from custom editing and file-naming…to complete finished soundtracks), are also available, if required.
